50Spirit Stones
every month
Pledge on Patreon and link it here once. Your stones arrive every month on their own, and you wear the supporter mark while you pledge. Chapters cost everyone the same, pledge or not.
The Treasury
Spirit Stones open sealed chapters, and most of what you spend goes straight to the people who bring you the books.

Supporter lamps seven levels, each with its own cosmetics
Every dollar of bought stones you spend on a translator’s or author’s work, chapters and donations alike, lights the lamps; gift stones never do. Each lamp you light gives you cosmetics to wear next to your name. They’re just for looks and never unlock chapters.

Our promises
Book taken down? You get your stones back
If we ever have to take a book down, every stone you spent unlocking its chapters in its last 30 days comes back to you. Donations aren’t refunded, since they paid for work already done. You can still download what you own for 30 days after.
You always see the price first
Every sealed chapter shows its price before you pay, the same for everyone, signed in or not. The price you see is the price you pay.
Stones never expire
Purchased stones and gift stones alike. No clock, ever.
Questions
How do patrons show on the Guild Rolls?
Every dollar of purchased stones you donate or spend on a translator’s or author’s work counts, chapters and donations alike: Lamplighter from your first dollar, Tender of the Wick from $10, Keeper of Lamps from $50, Light of the Guild from $150, Beacon of the Guild from $500, Pillar of Light from $1,500, The Undying Lamp from $5,000. You can hide yourself from the Rolls in your settings. The lamps are just our thank-you.
Can I read without paying?
Yes! Most of the Shelf is free, and some sealed chapters open for free after a while. Sealed chapters are how the people behind the books get paid.
Can I get a refund on stones I bought?
A finished crypto payment is final. A failed payment costs nothing, and a person reviews any partial payment.
What does a Patreon pledge buy?
Spirit Stones every month and the supporter mark. It never buys access: no membership unlocks chapters.
Where do I open a chapter?
On the chapter itself: a sealed chapter unlocks on its own page. This page is just for getting Spirit Stones.
