How do I unlock chapters?
Sealed chapters open with Spirit Stones. Buy them at the Treasury; every chapter shows its price before you pay.
How do I publish a translation or my own story?
Apply on the Join the team page: pick a pen name, agree to the pact and answer three questions, and you’re a creator right away. It covers translating a story and writing your own. Your first published book is reviewed once by a person; after that you publish instantly.
How do I contact a translator or author?
There are no private messages: leave a comment under any of their chapters, or follow them from any of their books’ pages to hear when they post. To edit for them, send a request from the Join the team page.
How do Spirit Stone top-ups work?
We take cryptocurrency (through NOWPayments) and Patreon. The Treasury lists the rate: 10 stones to the dollar.
How do I report a bug?
If you’re signed in, send us a message above and pick “A chapter is missing or broken”, or “Something else” for anything odd. Not signed in? The guest form works too. The steps that cause it and the exact error words help most.
How do I change my display name or avatar?
In your Dashboard, open Settings to change your display name or upload an avatar.
I can’t sign in — now what?
Try resetting your password first. If an account uses your email, a reset link goes there. Still locked out? The message form above reaches a real person who can help. If sign-in says your account is suspended, appeal the suspension with the appeal form above. We email the account’s address, and pressing the button in that email sends it.
